Valery Evlanov for Jazzmap
Valery Evlanov is top smooth jazz guitarist, composer and arranger. He graduated legendary Gnessin Russian Academy of music with a bachelor's degree in 2016 then he finished his master's there with honors in 2019. He is a member of Russian Composers Association.

Valery won the jazz rock nomination at "Multi-faceted guitar" national festival in the year 2000.
He began his music career as a first level electro guitarist at "Russian Sky" vocal and dance band. He became a creative director, guitarist, composer and arranger of the "Fifth Ocean" music band and "J.E.K." jazz quartet band guitarist several years later.

Valery was a lead sound director, guitarist, composer and arranger at the "Lucky double" studio.

From 2015 to 2016 he was Ivan Dyma quintet guitarist.

Valery Evlanov released his solo smooth jazz "On the Other Side" album in 2018. The release was noticed soon by the most famous Russian smooth jazz promotion studio "SJ-Club" and they offered Valery a contract. Big presentation of the album took place in famous Vysotsky club in Taganska in Moscow. Tickets for the show was sold out days before!

All compositions of the album were written by Valery Evlanov. His work is inspired by Chuck Loeb, Lee Ritenour, Pat Martino, George Benson. Valery combined amazing guitar technique with intuitive melodies. Every music track will fall into your soul.

Also Valery plays with popular "Globalis" band and Pavel Kogan's Moscow State Symphony Orchestra. He performs all over Russia and Europe.
